You can pay in total when you book an appointment. However, there is an option of payment in two (2) instalments; details can be provided on request.
You can pay by debit or credit card by using the link in your confirmation email
Private health insurance
Prescriptions and medication
Prescription without follow up is only £ 40 but it is free as a part of any appointment. You will pay for the medication separately to pharmacy. This covers admin charges.
You need to complete a simple form when requesting a repeat prescription from us.

Cancellation Policy
Please let us know as soon as possible if you want to cancel an appointment.
Cancellations within less than 48 but more than 24 hours’ notice; you will be charged at half price.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before, or non-attended appointments without prior notice; you will be charged at the full price.
